Hi I just joined and have a Scag mower SSZ Serial Number 3440399,Model Number 18CV48,,Kohler Engine Model Number CV 23 S Serial Number 3725400161, Carburetor number 24 053 97, 64 BY FL
I cant seem to find the number that matches my Carburetor for a kit to rebuild it? can someone help me here? Thanks

What are those numbers 64 BY FL ?? Can you post a pic of the numbers on the carb ??? There are a couple carbs for that engine....

The 64 BY FL probably doesnt mean much the 24 053 97 is the number thats needed i am attaching pictures of the Carburetor its Keihin
