I was cutting some flooring on a table saw on the front porch and across the street was the prettiest Bolens tractor I had ever seen. I imagine the thing was from the seventies and it was perfect. A guy of retirement age was using it,and it reminded me of the car in the movie Gran Torino. To see a guy taking excellent care of his place and equipment just makes me feel proud for him.
To see a mower in perfect condition is one thing. to see it being used is quite special. The frame was green and the hood was creamy white---again,just beautiful. Not a spot, not a speck of grass or grease was on this beautiful machine,at least as viewed from 80 feet away...
If i ever see it again,I will at least get a cell phone picture of "Walt" and his mower
