I'm just posting this in case anyone has one of these (Spark Advance Module). It's a little boxy thing with wires that go to each coil. They don't make 'em anymore. Mine is still good but I just replaced both coils and I would rather not do it again because Kohler will sell me a new system that uses different coils. A spare SAM would probably be cheaper and easier to replace. Let me know if you'd like to sell me one!
