I've got an RZ4219. Its ok for easy terrain, I was cutting 1/2 acre for about 4 years with mine, moved to a house with 1.5 acres and i just traded up as I felt my new property was just too much for this machine. Compared to mine the RZ4619 has a bigger engine, deck and deck rollers, it appears to be a pretty good unit. I liked mine and it has served me well, but you can tell a big difference between these residential units and the upper end residential / commercial units. Test drive it and see what you think. With 200 hours for a residential unit I think $1700 is too high. If he is like me and has already bought a new unit then he might be more flexible on price to get rid of the old one.
