Has anyone else had a problem with Rotary Corps belts measuring short? I've had good results using Rotary products through the years but I am currently experiencing problems with their belts measuring off an inch or more than their specs

inch increment belts usually measure about 1/2 inch shorter than what the spec says. Oem style belts may be the same way. the reason is that the spec measurement is conducted under 130 pounds of tension.
Thanks for the reply. I've sold there belts for years and an half inch difference I can live with, but these are coming up an inch or better short. I didn't have this problem last year and there's a small tolerance on some machines
