How do you get the f525 hydrostat mower to move without the motor running? I have pushed the button in but it didn't release.

How do you get the f525 hydrostat mower to move without the motor running? I have pushed the button in but it didn't release.
pushed what button? Where is it located?
My John Deere has a wire rod at the very back I can pull.
My Dixon had a wire that swings over behind a catch, behind the hydro on right side
My Kubota has a small black lever by the seat I pull back and hold.

1. Lift seat platform to the second position.

2. Push free-wheeling lever (A) forward to hold release button (B) down.
3. Lower seat before you move the Front Mower.
4. Unlock the park brake (C).
5. Move Front Mower to the desired location.
