You meant to say 'Kohler Courage,' correct?

Anything is possible but you need to determine if it makes financial sense to do so, so check:

Rod journal on crankshaft
Cylinder
Crankcase (can be repaired with JB Weld).

If the cylinder is not damaged and the rod journal on the crank is OK, you are probably looking at a new connecting rod, a new set of rings, and a gasket set (at a minimum). You can price those parts out at any online mower parts site. I have no idea what you value your time at.

From my casual perusals of online information, I have come across a lot more negative things said about the Courage motors than positive. You may be money ahead by finding a running replacement motor (off of another riding mower that has, say, a blown hydrostatic transaxle) and installing that instead.
