I have pulled a 17 cubic foot dump cart with it, a plug aerator, broadcast spreader, and dethatcher.

With all that stress on the transmissions, I'd be very diligent on keeping up with fluid changes. I'd also make sure to blow them off with compressed air every year to make sure dirt buildup didn't cause overheating.

Since money is not a factor, just pay someone to mow your property instead, with their own equipment. Use that time saved to do something else productive or that you enjoy.

On the other hand, doing your own work helps with longevity. I cleared my overgrown back property using brush cutters and chainsaws and managed to get in pretty good shape, losing 35 lbs in the process. I am nearly 70. My mom (88) stopped mowing and tending her flower beds a few years ago and she is barely moving now. She misses the manual labor, but my dad (90) insists that they pay a service.

I use compressed air on ALL my equipment after EVERY duty. Only takes a few minutes. Not only prevents build up which may cause the engine/transmission to overheat but also prevents wet grass (mowers etc) from fermenting. Grass fermenting produces a strong alkaline liquid which will "eat" metal, especially aluminium alloys.

I almost never use water to clean my mowers.
