I have a 2654 2012 huskvarna.....my mower revs up and down ....a little annoying.....
What would cause this?

Sounds like a "surging" issue, USUALLY the carburetor, best thing is to THOROUGHLY clean the fuel tank, replace the fuel lines, filter and shut-off valve (if so equipped) THEN do a carb cleaning making sure it's REALLY clean ( all the passages) a carb O/H, or even a replacement carb, if carb is deteriorated .
