Replacement engine for HRB216HXA

Ran over a brick cutting my neighbor's yard with my HRB216HXA and bent the crankshaft badly. So I called the Honda dealer and they stated that a replacement engine would cost $349? The part # is 635570 and the model is GCV160MY7. Crankshaft has blade brake clutch included.

Is this the only engine that will fit my mower? Are there any other models that will fit directly with the same crankshaft details?
