Howdy, I just replaced the carb/filter/plug. Changed oil, new gas.
First pull, and she fired right up, but ran at full throttle & throttle adjust had no effect.
It wouldn't shut off: had ta yank the plug wire.
At this point, I'm assuming a linkage issue.
I'll show pics & a video of me moving the plate that the trottle connects to..(it looks to be doing nothing useful)
