Np special tools required other than some good jack stands
Remove deck & belt
Jack up
Remove wheels
Get under & take a lot of photos of the belt run, the tensioner arm, where the springs go and the control rods
Remove belt from pulley
remove the brace bars between the two hydros
put jack under the hydro, they are heavier than they look
Remove the mounting bolts
Lower jack & remove hydro
Usually that have to be twisted a bit to wiggle them out .

Good flat concrete or asphalt surface.
2 pr of 6 ton jack stands. Sound over kill but you the height and the wider stabilization.
Low profile floor jack.
Hand tools and maybe an impact tool.
Remove connecting rods and drive belt.

Either way it is a heck a lot easier than changing out a JD Z925A hydro which took me 8 hrs, two floor jacks and had to have an engine crane too as both hydros had to come as a set due the heavy cast iron mounting bracket. That cast iron bracket can't be removed until the hydros are out. Don't want to do it again any time soon.

As said the setup you have is easy to do just time consuming. I would plan on a full day to it the first time as you got to learn what is needed to get it out. Going back in is a lot faster as you are then familiar how it goes.
