Replace driveshaft Stihl trimmer to M10 x 1.25 LH thread?

Is there a replacement shaft or head assy to change FS76 head to M10 x 1.25 LH thread?

I am only aware of universal cutter head adapter kits that will let you change the thread pitch design.
