I have a scotts 42 in cut riding mower model # 42589X8. The lever handle for my deck broke, so had it repair. the repair man remove out the whole bracket and spring to be able to weld the part back together. the repair man did a good job on the weld, put it back together, and now the the mower doesn't start . I notice a switch not connected to anything. I pressed on the switch and it clicked, so i turned the key once again and press the switch and it cranked this time. I thinking the switch had to be connected somewhere . The repair man doesn't remember disconnecting the switch, but i know it has to go somewhere cause the switch has to be pressed in order for the key to work. I have look on the manual and cannot see where the switch goes or what its connected to. So can you give me some information on the location and how to connect this switch back . A diagram would really help me.
Thanks
Jim C.

If its by your right foot, I believe its the clutch up switch, so having the paddle up or down should make the switch work, sorry but i don't have a diagram of it.
