Recycler 22 front wheel drive shield

Im trying to fix up a Toro recycler 22" and my first step is to replace the shield that covers the front wheel drive axle but I can't find a replacement anywhere. It also has a problem running for more than 10 seconds but ig I'll come back here when I'm ready for that
