I have a Craftsman LT5500 with a 24hp engine and 48" deck. How difficult do you think it would be to put a rear electric pto on it to run something like a tiller or manure spreader off the back? Has anyone seen video on how to make such a modification?

Lets start with LT. Light Tractor. Not capable of ground engaging at all. It will destroy your rear end. Second the only PTO that would possible work would be something you attach to the exterior of the mower. I have never seen this done even with a GT mower. Also the max weight you can haul is the weight of the mower divided by 2. So not much at all.
