I just bought a new push behind Yard man Mower, and I was wondering if there's an easy way to get it up higher off the ground so the blades have more clearance.
About all you can do is adjust the wheels as high as they go. If you have a mower that has adjustable wheels with a lever or you have to adjust the wheel with moving the bolts to a lower hole, you have to take the nuts off wheel bolts each one of them .
Can you change the wheels to a bigger wheel? Then again will the mower deck drop low enough to cut the grass then? I'm not sure how you can raise it up, I've never really changed anything like that on my mower.
If you raise the wheels and that is not enough you can change them but then you won't be able to make it lower if you want to. You could try to rig some kind of spring loaded attachment to add to current wheels.
