not sure if right form but the circled part of the carburetor (I dont know the name) is leaking fuel and making my push mower surge, how can i fix this and what is the name of this hole that is leaking fuel?

I believe that is a vent for the float chamber. If it is, the fix is a new needle valve and seat (if it has one). Maybe a new float, if it's damaged and won't float.

Or, a $10 Amazon or ebay China carburetor.
