Question about the 48 month 0% deals.

I know a couple of the dealers I have looked at use Sheffield, not sure what some of the others use. I think I am going to get a Husqvarna MZT 52 thru a local dealer. Does Sheffield have the ability to make payments online? Any of the others?

I was just looking to finance a mower also. Found out you can pay online so I was happy. I ended up just paying cash for my ferris instead of financing because the rates were outrageous and didn't offer the plan I was looking at

What were you looking for? They have 0% for 48 months here, but some brands it is costing 3% of amount financed added to it plus a fee of up to $125.

I was buying a ferris. The one o wanted was 6 month no pay and no interest then start paying for 36 months with 2% fee and 50 dollar doc fee. And a 3.9 percent interest for the loan. So it was like a extra 100 for this one. And then a 36 3.9 percent with 1% fee and 50 dollar doc fee. So also about 100 up front. Ferris doesn't offer a 0% for 48. I know toro does. That's what I was originally was looking at. Then decided to buy a Ferris.

Also I forgot to say each mower brand has different loan and % rates fraught Sheffield. When I looked you have to have a certain credit score to get the 0% for 48. I believe its 700 minimum. I could qualify for the 0% for 36 months. With my credits score. Keep in mind I'm only 18. So I have a slight disadvantage.

You can normally buy a Kubota for 0% and 0 down. Not sure if that is what is being asked here.

One thing I found out after the fact was that Sheffield charges $10 extra per online payment. That can add up over 48 months. I decided I would just do mine the old fashion way - check and snail mail.

I don't like that, guess it is too late now as I already bought one. I seldom write checks, guess I will use my bank's free bill pay service.

Wow. When I talked to my dealer he said its free to pay on line. Glad I just paid it in full instead of trying to finance it.

Ok, just to clarify if you pay month to month there is a $10 charge but I think if you set up automatic payments it is free (I have never done automatic payment so I am not positive).
