Putting a push gas mower together

what a pain in the Ace.

Those self locking nits are so hard to secure, especially the one on the wheel. Took me forever to just put that flap and the handle. Put one wheel on, not secured and will have to finish another time. It's so hard to hold one end with a wrench and use pliers to turn the nut to tighten it. I'm not much of a handyman, but I'm teaching myself. I also have a bad back and it's 95 degrees here.

Open end and Box end wrenches work best in conjunction with a ratchet handle and proper socket. I'm no fan of self-locking nuts either as they're time consuming and take a lot more energy to turn either way. Still they serve their purpose it seems. Might try putting a little lube on them.

Lube is a good idea, I have to find my wd40 anyway because my deadbolt keyhole needs it.
