Tire pressure needs looked at and hydro failures are inevitable. Sounds like you have hydro failure.

You need to adjust the hydros. Google search this “adjusting hydro on toro z5000 timecutter” and you will find videos on how to do this. Much easier than having me try to explain. Delete your other thread so confusion does not set in.
