I just picked up a used Toro Recycler 7.0 190cc, it starts fine. Once I get mowing it stalls out, seems to be mostly on inclines. I noticed that if I loosen the carburetor and let the gas drain out, it runs fine for another 5 minutes, then repeats the same symptoms. Engine is a Briggs & Stratton 128M02-0133-F1. I've replaced the air filter and it has fresh gas. Any ideas?

Hello !

Time to remove the carb, check if float move freely and flot needle does not stuck. While in, you could clean the jets and passages, especially if you have some dirt in the bowl.

Check if you have good flow from the line while it's disconnected to service the carb, perhaps the problem is here (not enough flow).

Check wire that is used to ground spark plug so engine will stop.
It might be moving to ground on the incline.
