I've got a Toro 6 hp pushmower model 12H802-1767-B1 and I've put a new carburetor on it and it has the primer bulb with the hole in the end of it. I can't get it to shoot any gas in the carb to prime it so it will crank. What's my problem? Thanks

If you have the square air filter that mounts in front of the carb, with the primer on the front, that cover has a habit of warping preventing proper sealing to the carb, since the primer on that model pushes air into the carb bowl to force the fuel up the tube to prime. No air seal, no prime. Sometimes trying two gasket between the cover and the carb will fix the issue.

IL engine is correct ............... Here's a video I made a while back showing how that works.....
