I have a brand new bob-cat 36" gear drive walk behind and the drive belts are beginning to become loose. when i engage the brakes the mower can still be rolled. does anyone have information on how to adjust the belts?
It may not be the belts, it may need to have the brakes adjusted with that long arm that squeezes the calipers to the brakes. Mine adjust with a threaded piece to raise or lower so you can squeeze the caliper strap tighter that grabs the wheel cylinder. The reason I say it may not be the belts is that those belts are the only belts I've never replaced. My mower is an old keeys and very similar to yours I believe. It's an easy fix once you get the hang of it.
