Pressure washer starts and dies

I have a Troy-Bilt pressure washer (020337) with a Briggs & Stratton engine. When cold, it starts and runs rough for about 30 seconds and dies. It will not start again until cold. This engine does not have a primer bulb.

I have replaced the spark plug and carburetor, cleaned the air filter, put in new gas, and tried running with the gas cap loose. What should I try next?

Thanks for your help!

How about supplying the model number from the engine so we can see what fuel setup you have. Sounds like the automatic choke system isn't opening the choke and is flooding out the engine.

look on the metal housing for it on the engine
Here's a PDF file of a parts breakdowns and numbers http://www.allpartsinc.com/media/attachments/products/126T00_IPB.pdf
