My tractor starts fine but will not go forward or back when the petals her engaged. The tractor moves whether or not the by pass valve lever is pushed in or out. The belt underneath seems to be loose.
Be more specific, you say that the mower won’t go forward or reverse and then you say the mower goes forward no matter what you do. The loose belt is a separate issue.
