Plant I.D and Care

Its been awhile since I've lurked around on the forums. Been hibernating like a bear like most. But since the sun is starting to shine and the temps are rising, I am doing my thing once again.

I need a bit of help with the I.D and care of the following plant:



I got about three or four in my yard that look just like that one. Its driving me crazy due to them being all ragged looking.

Yukka, likes to be ignored. Clean the dead out of the bottom, water occasionally. It's a desert plant

Has cool white flowers out of a tall middle stalk
