Pennsylvania lawn mower - powered upright reel at the Smithsonian

Saw this at the Washington DC museum.
National Museum of American History.
in the main lobby. near the ford Mustang.

Same style as one my family had when I was a kid. It had no compression so I took it apart and it got tossed.
