Older model 180

I'm looking for any comments (good or bad) on an older model 180, vintage 1989-1990. I am looking at buying this unit, advertised to be in very good shape (condition details in this thread) and ready to mow.

Where does the 180 fall in the hierarchy of models that were offered back then? Is it known for any particular problems that could be present, or should be watched/inspected when I see this unit in person? Anything you can think of is much appreciated!

Since it says Kawasaki engine, this is a repower, The original I believe was a Kohler engine, so the questions are how old is the Kawasaki (years/hours) get pics, go see it if it is close by. Do not buy in the blind.

John Deere 180 gear drive and 185 hydro drive came with a Kawasaki single cylinder 17HP 534. The ones that came into my shop did. I would think the Kohler as a repower.
