I have an old 21 inch walk behind alloy deck,this mower was made in 1977 to1979 According to the manufacture.I put a new B&S 4hp on it over 20 years ago and its still runs well and cuts smooth.It doesn’t vacuum the grass as well as the newer snappers but I only use it as a trim mower.The heavy alloy deck is the best part of this mower and it can’t rust and is very sturdy and heavy.Thats all I do is keep it clean change the oil and sharpen the blade.
