OLD FA076D on a Winco generator

Motor kicks and coughs . sometimes runs for 15 seconds if I hold governor all out.New carb . Any Ideas why it wont go?
 
Motor kicks and coughs ?? Don't know what you mean by that? You are saying it runs but for a very short time, so when dose it kicking and cough. First of all what do you have for a engine and model? You might want to check the timing?
