I used them to prove something is worn when a customer ask how do I know it is worn out.

Or google search this, 2 cycle carburetor needle adjustment tool

Here is the whole set.

Although I do have both W tools and the Z tool. And the 500-13-1 on page 31 is the older W tool on the upper left in the following image. The newer W tool on upper right is PN 500-528-1.

Hopefully you don't give up that easily on a tough repair job. Think about their shape.

Try straightening out someone else screw-up on a Cub Car golf cart. Cut wires all around the solenoid and he threw away the connectors plus he screw up two new solenoid by try to 5/16-24 nuts in place of 5/16-18 nuts. I am know that I will be getting a diagram Monday. I having to drive to the dealer as the tech don't to send the diagram via email. All he has to do is to scan the paper sheet into his computer and then attach it to an email.

How this for throwing stars. Even has a belt clip so it is always handy. It is what threw in the roadside trash pile just the .22 rifle I had found. Boy glad I found them before some kid did. They could have killed someone just playing with these.

Just prove everybody has a different knowledge database.

These gauges are not the greatest for mower pulleys but they work well enough to show me the amount of wear. I would like to see some that goes deeper in the V. This is because the pulleys being partially belt retainers. Now the ones the gauges belt wear works fine for me.

And not everyone is tech savoy either. I was dealing with a Cub Car dealer tech this last week that couldn't even email me a wiring schematic. I manage to find it myself so I don't need to drive 40 one way to pick it up Monday.

Boy what an idiot that screwed the wiring of the Cub Car. It came with all the wires off the solenoids. Several new in the glove box had cross threaded terminals. He completely disable the charging system and had the starter solenoid operating all the time when the cart was operating. The darn thing was wired with two ignition switches with one completely wrong for the cart. It going to be a costly mistake to have let touch the cart for repairs. It took me a half day just to figure out how he screwed up the wiring. On top of that he threw away cables, cut wires, and didn't know SAE nuts don't work on Metric threads. And of course this 2002 cart uses both SAE and Metric fasteners.

Now I got figure which CVT clutch removal tool I need as the belt from the generator/starter to CVT drive clutch is shot. Probably will have to order one if the ones I got don't work. I hate buying one time use tools. They are used one time and sit in toolbox years collecting dust before I might need then again.
