The engine oil filter will be no problem. If you are near someplace that sells filters for diesel equipment, you may be able to get a good deal TruckPro, or somebody like that comes to mind. As for the Grasshopper hydraulic filters, I have never been able to come up with a proven interchange for those, so I have always bought them from the dealer, knowing full well I am getting screwed on the price. Maybe someday I will sit down with a filter specification catalog and find my options for the correct size filter, and them try figure out what micron rating I need. As for belts, at least when it comes to deck belts, it's been my experience that even high quality aftermarket belts just don't hold up like the GH OEM belts. The life of the OEM deck belts far exceeded what I was able to save by going aftermarket. Lesson learned.

Thanks for the input.....the sad part is I had all this stuff looked up and saved on my phone so I would have it handy....had it on the sim card and a file....you know the routine....found out the hard way that a phone will not ride 20 plus miles on top of car....ha....a little advice from experience....backup stuff on other places.....anyway I don't change hydro fluids that often....even was told by dealer one time to just put new filter on once a year or so and just add whats needed to bring back full....once a year won't be to bad....Does anyone know of a leaf power vac system for a 322D for sale within couple hundred miles of west Ky? Even thought about buying another mower with one on it cheap enough....BTW .....like the group....thx

from the Stens catalogue,
All the engine filters are 25 to 28 micron however they all have different bypass pressures.
With filters +/- 5 microns means nothing as it is a "nominal" rating.

The only tranny filter listed is for the 700 series Gemini box & 13 micron

If you post your engine & tranny numbers I can cross reference or you can email Stens & they will give you the cross references .
