Does anybody have anything that they do that goes along with cutting grass that is not common everywhere that we might could use in a different location to make money?

There are countless people that cut grass. Others that cut grass and trim shrubs.... What else do you do that sets you apart?

I do mowing, leaf clean-up, snow removal, and mulching. Not anything that special, but I guess the fact that I do snow removal would set me apart from a lawn care business in Florida!

As the crow flies I am probably only 40 miles from the Florida line so I know what you are talking about with the Snow Removal. I am going to look further at leaf cleanup stuff next year. I put a mulching system under my Kubota this year but have been surprised and how little work I have been able to generate with it. Hopefully mext winter will be better on the leaf situation.

It's funny you say "next winter", because here it would be "next fall". It's amazing how things differ in different parts of the country. What I do is use my 2 mowers to bag the leaves and dump them in the street. If I am in the backyard I put them on a tarp and pull them into the street. I also use my blower and either blow them directly into the street or blow them into a pile to be put on a tarp. Next year I might try to mulch the leaves and then go through again bagging them, to reduce the amount of leaves I have to bag. This is a picture from this fall of a leaf clean-up job where I blew the leaves into a pile (kinda) to be put onto a tarp. The pile of leaves just keeps on going into the distance!

I guess it is funny saying "Next Winter" when we are just early in this one. I am just looking at options to come up with money makers that are not being utilized in our area.

Yeah that's a good idea! If not many companies in your area offer than service you will probably get a lot of business!
