Newby, info used raptor

Hi all, new to the forum. I found a 2014 Raptor SD 62” cut for sale. It has the Kawasaki fr730v , 24 hp engine,
with less than 50 hours. The owner bought it new, but decided it was to small and bought a large commercial
mower. The mower is at a mechanic friend of mine’s shop, who is trying to help the owner sell the mower.He has run the mower and said it is in great shape, just needs a good cleaning.
The owner is asking $2,800.00 for the mower. Is the a good deal or is he asking to much? I have been using
a John Deere riding mower for 10 years and have about wore it out. I cut about 2 acres. I have no experience with the hustler brand.

That's an excellent deal on an excellent mower. The SD is one of their top-rated models, and Hustler is a top-rated brand made in the USA.

Have your friend check that services have apparently been carried out. (There's no way to know for sure, but if the oil filters are not original and the oil looks clean... then it's good.)

I would check a new 2019 model. There are some pretty good deals right now.
