I got on this site to see if I could find information on the Kawasaki 27 hp. liquid cooled engine that I have recently purchased.. I believe the Lazer Z Exmark mower with the FD-750D/AS-03 engine has had the governor adjusted and/or changed around, and I need to figure out how to get to zero and adjust it right. Right now I have an extra spring holding the governor arm and linkage on the carburetor, if I didn't have this extra spring the engine will start and be in full throttle. So something is not right.
