This is my first post, but have been using the forum for a couple of weeks to help make a decision on a new mower. Thanks for all the posts, lots of good info on this site.
I’ve decided on a new 2019 Scag Tiger Cat 2 with 52” deck and 22hp carbed Kawasaki engine. It’ll be used primarily to maintain two lawns totaling 4 acres and 8 acres of pasture - all mid/east Alabama rolling hills.
I look forward to learning more from this great site.
I just bought a new Scag Turf Tiger II, 61" deck, 26.5 hp Kohler engine, to replace a 2002 Turf Tiger I bought new 17 years ago, had 1700 hours on it, Kohler 25 hp engine... All residential/small farm use. Scags are great machines! There is also a Scag forum on this site that is very helpful. Welcome!
