New member here. I am retiring my J.D. 318 from mowing duty and have purchased a new Grasshopper mid-mount that I am scheduled to pickup tomorrow (5-8-2015). I can hardly wait. I used a neighbors Scag half a dozen times and loved it. Can't wait to cut my mowing time down.
I have lurked on this site for a while and from what I have seen, this forum has a wonderful members with exceptional knowledge. Thanks to all already, for various tips that I have picked up using the search function.
Welcome to the LMF! I have a friend with a 318 and altho it's a behemoth of a
mower, it lies idle for now. It's got a Gremlin or two lurking in it that I have not
been able to extract so far. I gave up on it last year and told my friend I'd give
it another shot. I work best alone when I'm trying to troubleshoot and test things.
I don't mind company when doing routine stuff really. One track mind unfortunately
so multi is out of the question for me. Welcome again. :thumbsup:
