Hi, new to the group... I'm a Hustler dealer and have been selling them for over 8 years. I also have Exmark and Ferris, but I mow with a Hustler. If anybody would like to pick my brain on something, let me know.

TheHustler,
If you have a presence in Facebook, perhaps you'd like to join us over there. We have some Excel Industries / Hustler Turf Equipment officers in our midst. You'd be another valued member if you chose to join us.

XwX, did you join the Facebook "Hustler Mower Owners Official Group" as well? It is full of dealers, factory sales reps, marketing reps, service reps, plant employees of all kinds.
You're welcome and here is your invite. Just make sure you leave your name here and I'll recognize it over there to admit you.
Hustler Raptor 52 in deck. Changing the deck and the idler pully came out and I don't understand how to secure it back in place. It just slides in those bracket but there's no bolt or anything to lock it in place. What am I missing? @TheHustler

I would say you are missing the spring that goes from the front of the idler pulley bracket with the U and the U that is in the deck between the center and right spindle pulley. Would need the actual model number of the mower to confirm.
Thanks for responding. Model number is 931899 and here's the parts blow up from the manual for this model. It's the assembly at the top of this diagram. I have everything, but when plate #9 slides into brackets # 10, it slide freely. what's supposed to hold it in place.

The spring pulls the slide one direction the belt against the idler pulley moves it the opposite direction. And the idler pulley slide just moves freely in the grooved brackets.
