Hey folks, I found you while looking for an answer about 2 blades vs 3 blades on a deck mower. I have a Cub Cadet LT1050 now, but am shopping for a zero-turn mower.
Any opinions here ?

Spartan They have a 54 and 60 inch deck. Full suspension on 2 of the 3 lines they have. I think the most expensive one is $8400.00 They are commercial.

You have less than 1 acre and you are thinking of a 3 blade deck ?
I can do 1 acre with a 30" , 8 hp single spindle mower in a touch over an hour

Remember the K.I.S.S. principle
1 blade, 1 spindle to replace, 1 blade to sharpen, stronger deck and usually faaster ground speeds.
A Toro recycler would eat up your yard.
If you have a lot of obstacles then a commercial self propelled and a sulky would kill an acre.

Lots of tree leaves to mulch up ?
steep slopes?
once a year mowing of 4' high weeds ?
Want to bag & compost ?
