need to replace the bearings and axle shaft on my C-IZT 311-2600

Hi. wondering if I can use the bearings and axle shaft that is on the newer IZT 310-2600. I have a 2004 Hustler Fastrak with the IZT 311-2600 and they "Hydro-Gear " discontinued it.
If I can't use those does any of you know what bearings clips, and seal I can buy for it. If not then one last resort would be to ask if there is a transaxle model I could buy to use on both sides as a replacement, thanks Bill

Should be the same but I have emailed HydroGear to verify this. I post back when they reply.

Your complete drive may not be available but the axle shaft, seals and bearings are. Is there another issue that would prevent repair of your existing drives.

thanks Star Tech, hope you get through better then I did, maybe the Corona 19 has something to do with it
ILENGINE Im going to take it out then apart to make sure nothing else is wrong with it. that transaxle lasted for 15yrs. not to bad with oil changes every few yrs.
I would have to say that at least the bearing have gone south. the wheel touches the bottom of the tank so I be finding out soon, thanks guys Bill

I think if the bearing was that bad it would be leaking oil around the shaft pretty bad. Are you sure something hasn't broken allowing the transaxle to twist in the frame.

Well I need a reply to the question I asked. Or I close the trouble ticket with Hydro Gear at close of business tonight (Friday 3/20/2020).

HydrGear is asking for you the confirm which it is the 311-2600 (788059) or model number 311-2600 (788067)

first off, sorry guys bee off for awhile. you know with Corona and all.
finally got it out and apart last nite, some chipped gears, lots of metel shavings, one bearing case twisted up with bearings out.
it is the 788067 model when i drained the oil I got alittle more then 3/4 of a qt. you could see oil came out of the axle seal.
so now I need to locate parts. Hydro pdf list . 53t spur gear19t bevel gear, 14t bevel gear, axle shaft, bearings20x47x14 (6204) & 20x47x12 (6205) seems that this number could be wrong because I looked it up and it list a bearing way to small.and need part number for the seal kit. the hydro has it listed as 134 and I didnt see any seal kits with that number. thanks Bill
