Picked up this KPM-1040B-03 at a yard sale. With a freshly charged battery installed, nothing lights up, nothing happens.
I've read the online manual and followed the starting procedure. Handles fully extended and locked, press and hold safety button, pull back on bail bar, release safety button. Nothing.
I've removed the main covers, checked the main fuse on the controller module, which is OK.
I have not checked the voltages coming from the battery into the control board yet. Tomorrow.
I hesitate to hack away blindly, so I'm looking for any and all T/S tips, any guides with info, and especially a wiring diagram(s).
