My Toro 20332(personnel Pace) will start up then sputter. I noticed that if I pick up the mower by the handle and raise it about 8" it runs fine. After pulling apart a few things on the engine I did notice there is a "thermostat" heat sensor bolted to the muffler. I see this helps activate the choke, is there any way this is causing my problem or should I start out by cleaning the carb?
