I live in California, and I'm looking to get a contractor C license for landscaping. I was suggested to attend a course from a contractor license school in California. I have to clear some doubts before making a decision. I haven't worked for a company. The reason why I want that license is to start my own landscaping business. Is attending a course worthy? Should I get the license by completing the course and passing the license examination first, or should I create my company first? Can anyone advise me on this?
