Got an old murray riding mower. identification plate hard to read. original engine replaced with craftsman 12hp and battery out of miata. the rear frame was cut to fit engine. badging says 30 inch 10.5hp. motor fires, blade spins (after beating deck straight with hammer), but wont move. its quite a frankenstein beast. hasnt run in about a decade, but motor runs fine. drive belt system original. Just trying to figure out model to get belt, which can only be found by braille, and is missing. 1st pic is actual id plate. 2nd pick is closest i've found. Thank you. Any information is appreciated. The 12hp engine has so much torque that the mower will break parts before the engine. Looked for hours, and info was limited.
I think all it needs is the belt from main shaft to transaxle, but wasn't sure. Was a project i took on to give to a younger brother who does yardwork for extra $. He's been using a push
mower, but has a bad heart, with a defibulator sugically installed. So info is very much appreciated. Any idea how to get to that belt for replacement?

When searching that model and pics it doesn't look the same.
Looks like newer model of same platform. Will get some pics of this crazy machine. Will post soon.
Had to shrink pics to 25% to upload. Crazy resolution. 2x4 is holding battery, wiring screwed up, due
to missing key. Touch one wire and it cranks, touch another and it stops. Condition I received it in. Just
need to be sure before ordering parts. Obvious hack job frankenstein.

I've seen it work. It does work. Just looking for method to fix drive belt. Only solution from the builder is to remove engine.
