My Yard Machine mower stalls when it gets hot.

I have a Yard Machine Lawn Mower, I just replaced the Armature Magneto on it because it keeps stalling when it gets hot (someone else told me that could be the Problem). Doing so did not fix the problem. I checked the oil and it is good, gas is 91 octane Non-Ethanol. I removed the carburetor and cleaned it, it was filled with milky white water. The last time I worked on any small engines was in high school of which I took two years. I just need to refresh my memory.

Could anyone please help me figure out why the thing keeps Stalling when it gets hot?

A list of possible problems may help me.

Clean the carb and blow out all the little holes. Make sure you get all the water out of it.

He didn't say overheat he said when it gets hot as in regular heating when running..... Are you having trouble with a over heating engine ??? If so you have a mouse nest or something blocking air flow around your cylinder fins.... Common issue when setting up a mower in the winter months..........
