WELCOME to LMF...
The black smoke indicates it is getting too much fuel... That will cause ut to run very rough & shake...
First things to check....
Is the choke full open? Is the air filter plugged? (you can remove it , and then start the engine, if it runs a lot better... get a new air filter).
Post back if it is neither of these two... :smile:KennyV
