I have a 2003 or something like that 30 inch rear mower. Always worked fine but this year wont start. charged b attery, checked fuse under seat. Is it the starter, or ignition. Selenoid was changed out 4 years ago as a precaution.
doesnt crank or anything. Any suggestions?

Post the full model numbers & engine numbers.
It will help both us & therefore you sort out your problems quickly.
Start by bridging the battery side of the solenoid with the engine side.
This confirms the starter is working, battery is working & wiring to the starter is in good order.
If that works then bridge the power side of the solenoid with the trigger terminal on the solenoid
If that works then the problem is between the starter switch and the soenoid.
