I have gas mixing with the oil and gas coming out the exhaust after starting. does the carburetor needed cleaned or rebuilt? thanks 1985 model.

I would say that the needle valve in the carb isn't sealing. You will need to remove and clean the carb, and install at least a new needle valve, which is part of the repair kit for the carb.
