Mulching mower help

Recently bought a 30" RER, model #M301021BE and would like to make it a mulching mower. I can't find anything available to purchase. I put new Gator blades on it and they seem to do a good job. If i can't find a product that will seal the chute, is it feasible to fabricate something myself? Does the deck need to be designed in a specific way to accommodate mulching? I don't care to bag (I have the bagger kit) and don't like the side discharge. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance...
 
my mulching kit for my snapper zrider came with the plug, I suspect you need to hit a snapper dealer up for one.
 
Thanks, I'll try that. I did see on E-bay a kit from another RER that was a steel plate that bolted on to the inside of the deck and covered the chute. No guarantees it would fit mine and I felt like he was asking too much.
